The EUROFOODWATER Conference on Water in Food, is organised at Reims in Maison des Agriculteurs, from 21 to 23 March, 2010. Opening and get together reception are scheduled on 21st March at 6 p.m. and the closure on 23rd March at 4 p.m. This will be the sixth Conference in a series of Workshops and conferences held in Ispra, Italy - 2000, Reims, France - 2002, Lausanne, Switzerland - 2004, Brussels, Belgium - 2006 and Nürtingen, Germany - 2008. This conference is becoming a regular event among technical meetings for engineers and scientists working in the fields of water determination, water activity and water interactions in Food.

Reims is easy to reach. It is located at the crossroads of two major motorways: the A4 between Paris (145km) and Strasbourg, and the A26 between Calais and Dijon. Since June 2007, the new TGV train connects Reims to Paris in 45 mn and Paris Charles de Gaulle International Airport in 30 mn.
